Course Description: Students learned to create a personal brand online, fostering career opportunities and supporting their journalism projects. By integrating principles from marketing, branding, and interactive design, students will build a comprehensive website and complementary online content that showcases their work, personality, and journalism endeavors. Through examining successful commercial and journalism brands, both individual and organizational, students will identify the essential elements needed to establish a successful digital presence. Additionally, students will learn how to leverage a personal brand to create potential freelance opportunities.
